Three men were lucky to escape just minor injuries after a car was flipped on its roof during a crash in Rochdale. Dramatic images show the vehicle heavily damaged.
Paramedics and police rushed to the scene of the crash following reports of a collision on Shawclough Road on Friday afternoon at 1:04pm. The road was briefly closed to traffic.
Miraculously, three men involved in the collision sustained only minor injuries and did not require a hospital visit, a spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service said.

The added: "We were called at 13.04 to reports of an RTC.
"We sent an ambulance but looking at the log, the three males involved had minor injuries and did not require a hospital visit."
Pictures from the scene show fire crews working to remove the car from the centre of the road. It appeared to have flipped over and landed near a grassy area next to the pavement.
The car was heavily damaged in the crash. The pictures show the windows of the vehicles smashed and the roof caved in.
