A Doncaster business park is now fully let after three major deals were completed in two months.
The pace of activity has been described as demonstrating the demand for space within the industrial property market in the region.
Eaton Park, in Wheatley Hall Road, has welcomed Pass Logistics, Ardagh Glass and Lyndon Systems, taking units spanning 115,000 sq ft, 110,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft respectively.

Property consultancy Fisher German completed the deals alongside joint agents Avison Young and CBRE, all acting on behalf of Doncaster Property Trading Ltd.
Pass Logistics, a transport and logistics company, launched its new unit as part of its expansion plans.
Adrian Sullivan, founder, said: “Opening our new unit at Eaton Park puts us in a very positive position for 2022 and beyond.
“We already have another site in Doncaster and wanted to expand in a prominent location in Doncaster as we continue to grow.
“We have already taken on a number of new staff members as a result of our expansion and look forward to welcoming more new team members in the future to further build on this success.”
Ben Flint, of Fisher German, said: “We received a considerable amount of interest in the site and as a result found all of the new tenants relatively quickly.
“This demonstrates the demand for warehouse space in South Yorkshire, and it is excellent to see businesses with local workforces having confidence in the market and expanding to create further jobs and support the local economy in the area.
“We are very pleased to welcome all of the tenants to Eaton Park and achieve this positive result for our client.”
Nigel Griffiths, director at Doncaster Property Trading Ltd, added: “We are proud to extend our portfolio in Doncaster and have been delighted by the level of enquiries.
“We would look forward to working with our new tenants in the expansion of their businesses and thank our agents Fisher German, Avison Young and CBRE for the invaluable assistance.”
