On Monday, three individuals lost their lives in Montgomery County, Texas, as a result of the devastating impact of Hurricane Beryl. This unfortunate event has now brought the total death toll in the United States to at least eight, highlighting the severity of the storm's consequences.

According to reports from local sources, all three fatalities in Montgomery County occurred around noon, as confirmed by the office of county Judge Mark Keough. The first victim, a man in his 40s, tragically lost his life when a tree fell on his tractor at approximately 11:50 a.m. local time. Just 40 minutes later, another distressing incident unfolded as a man and a woman, who appeared to be homeless, were discovered deceased inside a tent that had been struck by a falling tree.
