Three cars have been destroyed after a Ford Focus burst into flames in a supermarket car park.
Dramatic images showed the vehicles engulfed in fire outside Asda off Leigh Road, in Leigh, at about 11.25am this morning (Wednesday, September 29).
Eyewitnesses reported seeing the red Ford ablaze before the flames spread to two other vehicles parked nearby.

Firefighters arrived at the scene minutes later and put out the fire.
However, all three cars were left badly damaged.
The blaze is not believed to have been started deliberately, the fire service confirmed.
No one is thought to have been injured in the fire.
Maureen Walker was walking past the supermarket when she saw a plume black smoke rise above the building.
Just minutes later, she said she saw the Ford Focus 'burst into flames' and heard 'a couple of explosions'.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 11.25am to reports of a vehicle fire at a supermarket in Leigh Road, Leigh.
"Upon arrival, crews found three cars on fire near to the entrance of the store.
"It started with one car and the wind spread the flames to neighbouring cars.
"All three cars are undriveable.
"We do not believe the fire was started deliberately.
"One fire engine attended from Leigh and we were on scene for about an hour.
"We extinguished the fire using two hose reels, breathing apparatus and and breaking in gear."
