Three-Alarm Fire At Temple Court Apartments In Downtown Miami

An update on the three-alarm fire in downtown Miami reveals that the incident is taking place at the Temple Court Apartments, a four-story building located just west of downtown near the Miami River. According to the Miami Fire Department, the fire rapidly spread through the common area of the roof, with flames visible breaking through the roof structure.

Multiple fire crews are currently on the scene, working diligently to combat the blaze. The severity of the situation is evident as it has been classified as a three-alarm fire. Fortunately, two individuals who were initially trapped in the building have been successfully rescued by the fire department.

Approximately 50 people have been evacuated from the complex, including individuals with disabilities who were sheltering in place. In addition to the fire incident, one person was discovered with gunshot wounds and has been transported to the hospital for treatment. It remains unclear whether this incident is connected to the fire or if it is a separate issue.
