Police found cocaine worth up to £13,200 when they raided a house in East Kilbride.
Kyle Gaffney, 29, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Friday and admitted being concerned in the supply of the Class A drug at an address in Westwood Hill on March 12 last year.
Gemma McConville, 27, faced the same charge, but walked free from the dock after her not guilty plea was accepted.
The court heard police officers arrived at the house with a search warrant at 9.35am.
Chloe O'Hara, prosecuting, said: "They were granted access to the property by Ms McConville.
"A search was conducted and a quantity of powder was found in a hall cupboard.
"It was found to be cocaine and weighed 110g.
"It was valued at £3500, but if divided into 1g deals it would be worth between £11,000 and £13,200.
"There was no evidence of it having been divided in this way."
Gaffney, of Lomond, East Kilbride, admitted previous convictions, but Sheriff Thomas Millar noted that these were relatively minor.
Sentence was deferred until next month for a criminal justice social work report and an electronic tagging assessment.
Gaffney, who spent a night in custody after his arrest, had his bail continued.
