The Omaze Million Pound House Draw leaves us all dreaming - but even if you've got the lucky life-changing ticket, you may not actually get to move in.
That's because there's a hidden catch buried deep within the terms and conditions that not many players know about.
The £10 draw gives you an incredible chance to land the property we've all wanted to own and that's not all.
Omaze, now in its third year, hands nearly three quarters of the profits from prize draws over to charity, and will also give those who get the keys some settling in money.
Even if you don't fancy living there, a quick sell will leave you with a bumper bank account so you can head off on a year-long cruise.
But be quick as there's a chance that if you're a winner, you may never ever get to step inside.
Players have been surprised to learn that you only have 96 hours to claim your incredible prize if it's your name pulled from the hat.
It's not like the National Lottery where they hunt for you and they're happy to wait for winners to collect their cheque.
So if you've entered, make sure you keep checking your emails and keep your phone on as you've got to make yourself known within days.
If you don't want to move if you win, then you are certain to be quids in.
Last year, a couple who won a stunning mansion flogged it for £4million, less than eight weeks after winning the draw.
Originally valued at £3million, the eco-mansion was up for grabs in the Omaze Million Pound House Draw last July.
Uttam Parmar, 58, from Leicester, entered the competition after failing to win the eight previous times - but this time he, his wife and his son walked away with the grand prize.
They won the stunning house on August 12, but by October 8, it was on the market already with Mr Parmar and his wife Raki cashed in.
The huge prize also included £50,000 and the home is mortgage-free, with stamp duty and legal fees all covered.
The eco-mansion comes completely insulated with recycled newspapers and a ‘green roof’ covered in grass, moss and flowers.
It also has 5.3 acres of land.
He said: “When Omaze called to tell us we'd won a prize, we were actually at the hospital. We were so excited that we might have won the grand prize, we called our son Aaron to see if the winning entry code matched ours.
“When he triple checked the numbers matched, we must've burst his eardrums screaming down the phone.
“Although, we still didn't believe we'd won until we got back to our house and Omaze told us in person.
“I've entered every Omaze draw since they started, so patience really is a virtue, as I've now won my own piece of paradise – this house is definitely my favourite one they've offered.”
