Thousands of Eagles fans have descended on Anfield tonight to see the band perform a huge live show.
The Hotel California rockers are on tour to celebrate their 50th anniversary and are expected to perform a set full of their biggest hits. Tonight is the third and final live music event Anfield has hosted this month, following on from Elton John last Friday and Rolling Stones the week before.
Fans were in good spirits as they began arriving this afternoon and pubs including The Arkles and The Sandon were busy with people enjoying drinks before the music got underway. The doors to the stadium opened at 5pm and support act, Grammy award winning Little Big Town, performed a set at 7pm, followed by the Eagles who came on stage just after 8pm.

After a hot day, fans were in for a dry and warm evening, with bright sunshine and temperatures of 17 degrees forecast, up until sunset at around 9.45pm.
The Eagles are on a tour of UK and Ireland this month, performing in London, Dublin and Edinburgh, to celebrate five decades together in the music industry. ECHO photographer Iain Watts was at Anfield this afternoon to capture pictures of fans as they arrived for this evening's concert, before heading into the stadium to photograph the Eagles as they took to the stage.
