Thomas Tuchel could be forced to watch from the stands as Leeds United take on Chelsea next weekend. The Blues boss was shown a red card after the full-time whistle after clashing with Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte.
Both managers were dismissed and will serve a one-match suspension provided the Premier League upholds the decision which looks likely. After Spurs’ first equaliser midway through the second half, the pair clashed and the game drew to a halt.
An initial yellow card did not prevent Tuchel and Conte from clashing again at the final whistle - moments after Harry Kane snatched a 96th-minute equaliser. An argument escalated when the two went to shake hands following a full-blooded affair at Stamford Bridge.
