Thomas Tuchel hit out at two "totally unnecessary" goals conceded by his Chelsea side at Leeds.
The Blues were second best throughout as the Whites secured a 3-0 victory at Elland Road, but they were given a helping hand by their opponents. Brenden Aaronson was able to open the scoring, but only after he'd dispossessed Edouard Mendy yards from his own goal.
Rodrigo was then allowed a free header just minutes later from an attacking free-kick, which allowed Leeds to double their lead and Chelsea were never able to respond. Jack Harrison added a third before Kalidou Koulibaly was sent-off late in the contest.
Tuchel has seen several players come and go in recent months but refused to blame his system or tactics for the errors, instead stating that the individuals themselves must shoulder responsibility after a forgettable afternoon.
"If we give goals away like this that are totally unnecessary and when we are totally in charge we cannot win football matches, "he said. "We tried second-half and I am disappointed we lost that half as well. They made the maximum of their half-chances and we did not."
Tuchel revealed that the Blues has transport issues heading to Yorkshire - but insisted the performance of his side was simply not good enough and they got what they deserved for failing to take their chances.
He told the BBC : "Everything that can go wrong, did go wrong. It started yesterday. We had no plane to arrive so we came on the bus. The players could fly but for the coaching staff it was a long ride on the bus. It continued today. We lost the game in the first 20 minutes, where we were clearly better and had huge chances.

"A lot of touches in the box but we miss the target and do not take what we deserve. We then stopped doing what we were doing good and it was even for 15 minutes and in those we gave two presents. We were clearly the better team. They do what they do. I don't see that a set-piece and own goal [Mendy's mistake] are due to the style. They are mistakes."
The reverse in Yorkshire is Chelsea's first defeat of the season after a win and a draw in their opening two games. Tuchel claimed he will not seek out Mendy to discuss his error with the goalkeeper fully aware of what his actions resulted in. The German also added on the possibility of more arrivals: "I don't know. We need to wait. The transfer period is still open. It gets later and later and we need to focus on what we have and what we can do."
