Thomas Tuchel makes Callum Hudson-Odoi and Trevoh Chalobah Chelsea call as Anthony Gordon spotted

Your Chelsea morning transfer round-up on Tuesday, August 16.

Hudson-Odoi pushing for move away

Only hours after being made available for Chelsea's Development Squad match against Fulham, Callum Hudson-Odoi was no longer playing in the match as speculation over his future continues.

The 21-year-old has reportedly been given some increasingly good offers to leave the club this summer, according to Nizaar Kinsella. Newcastle are one of the clubs keen on taking Hudson-Odoi but there is believed to be other competition from Everton, Leicester and Southampton.

The winger has interest from over 20 clubs throughout Europe and would most likely only be leaving his boyhood club on a season-long loan, with the departure opening the way for another right sided player to come in.

Chalobah to leave?

Trevoh Chalobah, one of the breakout stars of last season for Chelsea, could yet leave the club this summer.

As reported by Simon Phillips, the defender could move further down the pecking order in defence if Wesley Fofana joins Chelsea and with Cesar Azpilicueta unexpectedly signing a new two-year deal, he has more competition for a spot than was previously thought.

Chalobah had spent three years on loan before making his first-team debut and could exit the club temporarily still this summer, though a permanent departure also remains on the cards.

Gordon price revealed

Chelsea target Anthony Gordon could cost them up to £50m.

The 21-year-old winger reportedly had a £40m bid for the player rejected yesterday, though football.london understands it is closer to £25m with add-ons.

Thomas Tuchel watched Gordon play as a flexible forward against his side last weekend against Everton and is keen to add the energetic forward to his squad. Gordon can play as a winger and wingback as well which makes him an ideal candidate for Tuchel but Chelsea could be forced to pay over the odds for him, with Transfermarkt making his current value just £18m.
