Thomas Tuchel has confirmed Romelu Lukaku will not travel with the Chelsea squad for their trip to Real Madrid on Tuesday night. The 28-year-old forward missed the weekend's win against Southampton due to pain in his Achilles.
Now, Tuchel has spoken about the Blues' absentees, as they look to overturn a 3-1 deficit at the Santiago Bernabeu. He said: "Callum Hudson-Odoi is still out, Chilwell is out. Romelu will not travel with us due to the pain in his Achilles.
"Azpi is in the group, he has tested negative several times. Ross Barkley is sick and will not travel, everyone else is in the squad."

Tuchel knows his Chelsea team have it all to do in the Spanish capital on Tuesday if they want to take another step to retaining their Champions League crown. The German expects his side to have a really tough task on their hands.
He said: "Not the biggest chance given the first game's results and given the competition and the opponent and the stadium. We never manage our input by the chances we have for our result.
"It is unlikely but it is worth trying and trying means that we will play to our fullest and to our full limit. This is what it is, it is a big night."
He added: "We need nothing else other than a fantastic script. The task and challenge is incredibly hard and against who we play and where we play.
"We're allowed to dream, it's sometimes important to imagine things and dream about. It will not shift the focus, we will support our team and we will try hard. It's sports and it's a game and that's the beauty of the game, that everything is possible always."
