This Morning viewers were stunned during the fashion segment on Tuesday, as they learned one guest's true age.
The stunning guest, a pilates teacher named Sam, was dressed in a short dark skirt, with a white and black styled blouse.
Married At First Sight Australia star Jules Robinson, who launched her own fashion line earlier this year, completed Sam's look with a pair of heels.
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were quick to compliment guest Sam's outfit and look, as she walked the show catwalk to show off her attire.
Holly said her legs were "incredible" and encouraged her to show them off, while Phil couldn't believe it when he saw her age on his card.
Asking if he was allowed to share it with viewers, Phillip shared his surprise that Sam was 54 years old, and not in her 30s as he had believed.
On what she thought of the outfit, Sam said: "I feel very feminine in it. I haven't worn a short skirt in a very long time, or heels."
Holly told he: "You have to get those legs out, look at them! They are incredible."
It's then that Phil saw her age written down and asked if she "said it out loud" to which she replied she was fine with this.
Phil then told her: "You're 54 and you look like you're in your early 30s!"
Viewers were also surprised by the guest's true age, with one tweeting: "54! I thought she was in her late 20's she looks amazing!"
Another agreed: "Never in a million years would I of thought she was 54. FIFTY FOUR!!"
A third viewer added: "54? she looks late twenties! Fair play girl!" as a fourth commented: "That lady who’s 54 wow she looks fabulous."
Meanwhile, earlier in the show Phillip took a moment to address backlash from viewers over Monay's game of Spin to Win.
Monday's change to the wheel divided viewers, as Phillip and Holly announced the lucky viewer would get the chance to have their energy bills paid for.
In fact the caller chosen that day did land on this, as they explained to Holly and Phil about their own bill worries and discussed their pre-paid meter.
The moment sparked divided comments on Twitter, with many calling the decision "tone-deaf" as others defended the show and hosts.
On Tuesday, the wheel had undergone another makeover with new prizes, after the show was called out on Monday over the decision to give viewers the opportunity to have their energy bills paid for, for four months.
The ' energy bills ' prize had been ditched, and instead Phillip claimed his "generous boss" had increased the money on offer, and extended the prize to cover any bills, not just energy.
As the segment was about to start, Phillip quipped: "Everyone's talking about it," in reference to the online backlash.
He then detailed the changes to the wheel, saying: "Well, loads of cash prizes up for grabs. Our boss has been incredibly generous, he's decided to increase the money to include all of your household bills. Mortgage, petrol, food, energy, you decide. We will pay your bills until the end of the year up to the value of £3000."
As the latest competitor won £3,000, the hosts celebrated before Phillip mocked: "I wonder how much of that they can complain about online."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
