This Morning star’s son rushed to hospital after accident in Mexico

This Morning star Josie Gibson's son Reggie has been rushed to hospital after suffering a painful accident while on holiday in Mexico. The presenter, 37, informed fans of her four-year-old son's incident on social media, adding that he has been receiving treatment after the accident on Sunday.

Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-one shared an image of Reggie sitting in a wheelchair. She did not specify exactly how and where Reggie sustained his injury, but revealed that he was being treated at a hospital.

"I've got to give it up for the Mexican hospitals, in and out within the hour. Consultation, X-ray, plaster cast. Poor Reggie, on holiday as well." She said, as reported by the Mirror.

Injuries aside, Reggie seemed okay in himself as he put a brave face on for the photo - smiling with one hand to his chin whilst sat in a hospital room. It comes after Reggie had an accident involving a trampoline ladder, where he broke his arm in the summer.

After undergoing an X-ray, Josie shared an image of the scan to her Instagram story. She said: "Thank you to the theatre at the @ruhbath. You've put my little prince back together again. Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of a trampoline ladder."

Josie previously spoke out about her bond with her son, saying he made her a “strong woman”. She recently said that she is happily focused on Reggie, saying: "You do everything for your kids, everything I do is for him, everything I get is going to him and for his education. It's made me a real strong woman."
