This Morning viewers were left in hysterics on Thursday morning when Josie Gibson found herself completely out of her comfort zone.
On the show this morning, Josie, 38, visited the UK's oldest theme park, Blackgang Chine in the Isle of Wight where she braved a terrifying ride called 'extinction' - to keep in theme with the dinosaurs-themed park.
Not one to shy away from facing her fears, Josie hopped on the extinction ride before she strapped in and told by This Morning hosts Dermot O'Leary and Alison Hammond that she would have to list as many dinosaurs as possible while in the air.
Admitting that she didn't know any dinosaurs other than Barney The Dinosaur, Josie began to panic as she was flung into the air on the terrifying ride.
Things went from bad to worse when Josie told Alison and Dermot that she felt as though she was going to throw up as she was left terrified before begging the theme-park workers to stop the ride.
Viewers at home were left in hysterics as Josie accidentally swore on air as he began to get more and more flustered.
"Oh my goodness I'm going to be sick! Stop the ride! F***ing hell," Josie screamed before covering her mouth with two hands after releasing that she had sworn live on air.
Taking to Twitter, This Morning viewers shared their reactions.
"Oh my god Josie Gibson needs her own show!!!!! I haven't laughed that much in weeks," one enthused.
"Hahahahahah how does Josie Gibson always find herself in these situations," another joked.
"Josie Gibson's reaction to that ride is exactly how I would have dealt with that situation. That woman is a living legend," someone else quipped.
While a fourth added: "JOSIE aahahah!!!! Poor woman I could feel her terror through the TV screen."
