Josie Gibson has opened up about her son Reggie being rushed to hospital while on a luxury holiday in Mexico, after he suffered a painful accident.
The This Morning presenter, 37, took to social media to notify her fans that her four-year-old son had received medical treatment following the incident on Sunday.
In one of the images Josie uploaded to social media, Reggie was pictured sat in a wheelchair.
While she didn’t specify where her son had sustained his injury, she did reveal he had been treated at a local hospital, had undergone an X-ray and had been wrapped in a plaster cast before being discharged.
Josie captioned the image: "I've got to give it up to the Mexican hospitals, in and out within the hour.
"Consultation, X-ray, Plaster cast. Poor Reggie on holiday as well."
Despite his injury, Reggie managed to put on a brave face for the camera.
It’s not the first time in recent months that Reggie had injured himself, after he was taken to A&E in summer for breaking his arm.
It came after he had an accident involving a trampoline ladder. After undergoing an X-ray, Josie shared an image of the scan to her Instagram story, writing: "Thank you to the theatre at the @ruhbath. You've put my little prince back together again.
"Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of a trampoline ladder."
While appearing on This Morning, Josie opened up about the experience, revealing: “I just spent the night in hospital and I was just in awe.”
Her co-host Craig Doyle asked for an update on her son’s health, with Josie replying: “He's really, really good and I can't thank everyone in that theatre enough. I would have paid anything.”
Josie previously spoke out about her bond with her son, saying he made her a “strong woman”.
She recently said that she is happily focused on Reggie, saying: "You do everything for your kids, everything I do is for him, everything I get is going to him and for his education.
"It's made me a real strong woman."
