This Morning's latest game of Spin to Win became chaotic on Thursday, after a change to the segment didn't go well.
Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were stunned as caller after caller failed to answer their phones, and those that did failed to answer the call with the pass code.
Callers were hung up on after answering with "hello" instead of the password, as others' phones went to voicemail.
The daily game sees a lucky viewer called up and then they must give the correct code word in order to play, with the option of spinning the wheel or the balls.
With the wheel, whatever it lands on is the money prize awarded to them - often ranging from £750 to £3000, while there are sometimes other prizes to be won.
The hosts called out viewers on Thursday for getting the rules wrong time and time again after months of the game being on air, before realising they would not get any player on Thursday, so no prize could be won.
Instead, they spun the wheel and announced the chosen prize money would be included in the next prize during Monday's edition of the show.
Viewers were quick to blame the bad luck on the fact the segment aired a lot earlier on Thursday than normal, and the hosts backed this up.
Holly quipped that it was earlier than usual so people might not know to answer the phone, while Phil said they had to do it sooner because of their packed show.
The wheel had undergone a makeover on Tuesday, after the show was called out on Monday over the decision to give viewers the opportunity to have their energy bills paid for, for four months.
The ' energy bills ' prize had been ditched, and instead Phillip claimed his "generous boss" had increased the money on offer, and extended the prize to cover any bills, not just energy.
He sparked further backlash though when he made a dig at the complaints, leaving viewers furious yet again.
As the competitor won £3,000, the hosts celebrated before Phillip mocked: "I wonder how much of that they can complain about online."
On Wednesday, the show featured another change to the game and viewers were quick to spot it.
The 'bills' prize had been scrapped altogether, with no household or energy bill option - and the £3000 amounts were also removed from the wheel.
The hosts still did mention bills as something that the cash prize could be spent on, but it did not feature as a prize itself at all.
Friday's episodes don't tend to feature the game, so the next segment will air on Monday's show with up to £3,000 to be won.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
