This Morning's Rylan Clark has ruled himself out of an appearance on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! The presenter, 33, returned to the ITV daytime show's sofa with Loose Women's Ruth Langsford on Monday, August 22. You can find out the full summer presenting line-up for This Morning here.
Earlier in the month, Rylan had somewhat of a meltdown when he found a grass snake in his house. He released a video on Twitter, that was captioned “Not today Satan kill me nowwww," where he could be heard screaming after the reptile found a way into his house. He and Ruth addressed the incident on This Morning. He questioned after re-watching the clip: "How does this happen? Is this normal behaviour for snakes? To like, stroll up and go 'oh I'm just going to help myself to a coffee'."
"I wasn't laughing when I first saw it," Ruth said, "I was laughing at your reaction to it." Rylan then confirmed: "That's why I could never do I'm A Celeb. Could you imagine?" and Ruth told him that she'd "love" to see him on the popular ITV show. Despite this, he crossed his arms and declared: "Absolutely not," and Ruth replied: "I'm voting. Let's start a petition, 'Rylan for I'm A Celebrity'."

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is set to return later this year, once again hosted by Ant and Dec. A spin-off of the show, which will invite 'All Stars' back to the jungle, is also in development. You can read about all the stars rumoured to join that show here.
Rylan and Ruth's return to the This Morning sofa has been praised by viewers. One person commented: "Thank Frig these two are back - @Rylan is looking more handsome than ever and @RuthieeL too glam to give a damn x"
Another agreed and said: "At last Ruth and Rylan are on been waiting all summer you to should be on all the time my faves."
A third wrote: "@RuthieeL and @Rylan finally back on @thismorning can we not have these permanent and Josie and Craig or/and Fridays Thank you finally watching back off next week."

Relief presenter Rylan, meanwhile, last presented This Morning in 2019. Since then, he has been fairly busy and he now works as one of the two main hosts of Strictly: It Takes Two and has also hosted remakes of Supermarket Sweep and Ready Steady Cook - both of which have now been axed. Earlier this year, Rylan expressed interest in hosting the revival of Big Brother for ITV2.
