This Morning star Rochelle Humes has told fans she's "not okay" as she shared an emotional family update on Instagram.
The 34-year-old appeared on The One Show on Tuesday alongside husband Marvin Humes. The two discussed the return of their BBC One music game show, The Hit List.
A loved-up Marvin shared a photo of the two of them on his Instagram page captioned "One show with the One!"

But things later turned emotional with Rochelle taking to social media to share an update with her many followers, the MEN reports. The former singer admitted she was struggling with the idea of her and Marvin's eldest daughter, ten-year-old Alaia-Mai, going on her first residential school trip.
Sharing a photo of her daughter's packed case, Rochelle said: "Home and just finished packing Alaia's case. She's off on her first-ever residential school trip tomorrow morning (Wenesday) until Friday afternoon." She added: "No contact. I'm not okay."
She then seemed to become teary as she wrote notes for Alaia to read while she's away. Posting a picture of pieces of paper which read: "Open on night one," and "Open on night two," the mum-of-three added crying emojis and a face holding back tears.
The updates come after Rochelle announced last week she and her family are moving house. She said: "We've promised each other this will be the forever home."
