This Morning's Rochelle Humes left freaked out by Pepperami live on air

Rochelle Humes was left 'freaked out' during a discussion on Tuesday's This Morning, which forced her to confess to a rather bizarre phobia...of Pepperamis.

While viewers have been left to speculate just when Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will be back on duty as main presenters, bosses on the ITV show have been trying out a series of different hosting combinations, including Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, Josie Gibson and Vernon Kay and Craig Doyle, who has presented alongside both Josie and Rochelle.

Rochelle let slip on Friday's This Morning that Andi Peters, the CBBC legend turned Saturday night Takeaway roving reporter, would be joining her at the helm of the daytime programme this week and, as they sat down together, to go through some of the day's big talking points, the story of a woman who had a Pepperami themed wedding.

As images of her in a wedding dress mimicking the famous meat snack's packaging, carrying a bouquet with Pepperamis, Rochelle immediately looked both unimpressed and on edge as she remarked: "Pepperamis freak me out anyway. AS soon as you open the packet it smells like some burped and I just can't even deal with it. They're just not my snack of choice."

Studio guest Camilla Tominey revealed that someone in her family had a Pepperami addiction, before, sharing her own concerns about them, saying: "And I just think, you don't ever really know what's in them...and I don't think you really want to know!"

Wading in on the conversation, Andi said his issue was the packaging, commenting: "It's the random packing; if you've never had one, it coms in..." before starting to grimace as Rochelle added: "It looks like one thing and one thing only...just putting it out there."
