Phillip Schofield made a brief exit from the This Morning set, after Holly Willoughby risked chaos with an on-camera mistake, before shouting at crew members for 'exposing' what really goes on in the studio.
What started off as a pretty uneventful instalment of the popular daytime programme took a turn when Holly made a blunder with the auto cur and unintentionally announced that she and co-host Phillip would be "leaving the room" for an item on Easter eggs, rather than 'leave room' in the schedule for the item.. While she quickly back tracked to try and rectify her error,. Phillip looked flustered and wasn't going to let it lie.
Things got even more chaotic when, revealing what had gone wrong, This Morning camera operators turned their attention to the autocue so that viewers could see what had gone wrong, before an alarmed Phillip reprimanded them for giving the behind the scenes insight, worrying that he'd be 'out of a job' if viewers knew what really went on.

He shouted: "Don't transmit the autocue! If you just show the autocue, there's no need for us! You may as well just...we'll just run the autocue and you can read it at home."
He then waved at the camera, adding: "Bye bye," before briefly marching off camera and out of shot as Holly tried to get things back on an even keel by passing over to Steve Wilson, who was in the studio to front the Easter egg piece.
Holy's error came a day after she was left 'blindsided' by the return of her colleague Trinny Woodall to the This Morning set, with her claiming to have found out the news at the same time as viewers, as Phillip announced the What Not To Wear star's comeback live on air.
