Phillip Schofield is being tipped to leave This Morning in just a matter of days, as odds are slashed on his exit from the ITV show.
While Phillip and co-host Holly Willoughby failed to acknowledge the growing speculation of a feud between them at the start of Monday's show, viewers flocked to Twitter to air their views on the matter, as former This Morning colleague Eamonn Holmes accused them of 'faking' their friendship for cameras and quipping that they should have received a special acting award at Sunday night's BAFTAs.
Phillip did release a statement about his rumoured 'fall out' with Holly last week, which read: "The last few weeks haven’t been easy for either of us."As I have said before, Holly is my rock."
He continued: "We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone. "Holly has always been there for me, through thick and thin. And I’ve been there for her."

Despite Phillip and Holly putting on a seemingly 'united' front on camera, bookies are predicting that Phillip won't be on This Morning for much longer.
William Hill are offering odds of 7/4 that Phillip won't be a This Morning host by Sunday, May 21, with Dermot O'Leary the 5/2 favourite to replace him.
William Hill spokesperson. Lee Phelps, commented; "If the rumours are to be believed then Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s friendship is very much on the rocks.
"Schofield’s head is the one that seems to be on the chopping block when it comes to the host of This Morning and we make him a 7/4 chance to no longer be the presenter of the ITV show by the end of the week.
He added: “Dermot O’Leary and Vernon Kay remain the 5/2 favourites to replace him if he does leave the role, with Rylan Clark Neal and Andi Peters next best at 5/1.”
