Phillip Schofield failed to contain his laughter after Holly Willoughby's food admission.
The This Morning presenters returned from an ad break but viewers were met with laughter filling the studio. Phillip was seen with his hands covering his face in an attempt to stay professional but failed miserably after his giggles got the better of him.
He revealed just seconds before airing, Holly shared her true feelings on today's dish, seafood paella.

Explaining the situation through tears of laughter, Phil said: "With half a second to go, [Holly] looked down at the paella, looked at a mussel, turned it around and said, 'Oh, I can't look in that.'"
Holly said: "I couldn't. I just couldn't. I have to eat mussel in the dark. I like the flavour but I can't look at them and that one was just open and staring at me."
Phil continued to laugh, wiping away tears with a napkin while Holly tried to get the segment back on track.
