Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were left corpsing with laughter on Tuesday's This Morning, when one of their colleagues on the ITV show made a 'mortifying' blunder while speaking to A-list guest Richard E.Grant.
Richard,star of countless and wide ranging films like With Nail and I and Spice World: The Movie, joined Phillip and Holly to talk about his new book, A Pocketful of Happiness, with the presenters also being joined on set by one of This Morning's residents chefs, Clodagh McKenna.
Popular member of the team Clodagh was in the kitchen to cook up a meal with cheese, with Holly turning to Richard and remarking: "You're not a massive cheese fan," with Richard confirming her suspicions, by immediately replying: "No, it smells like bum," prompting Clodagh to start laughing as Phillip and Holly too seemed very amused by his response.

Holly then glanced over to the TV chef and told her: "Hold the cheese please Clodagh," prompting Phillip to then ask her: "Have you got an alternative version?"
Clodagh replied: "I do have an alternative version, because I messaged Richard on the way into today and I said 'I'm masking cheesy eggs today and I know you don't like cheese but would you have it? And he said 'no way, it tastes like bum!'"
Richard was swift to correct Clodagh, saying: "Not tastes like bum, smells like bum!" Looking slightly alarmed, he then added: "I've not tasted bum," by which point Phillip and Holly were doubled over on the sofa next to him, having erupted into hysterics.
An embarrassed looking Clodagh took it all in her stride, quippong: "Oh well, smells likes bum, tastes like bum," as Phillip shouted: "Oh my god!" Well that was my POcketful of Happiness, that's for sure!"
