Josie Gibson has raised illness concerns on Twitter, as fans call her for her to return to main hosting role on This Morning.
It's now been 12 years since Bristolian Josie won the last series of Big Brother on Channel 4, before going straight back into the house as a contestant an all star series Ultimate Big Brother. While it'd been over a decade since her TV win, Josie hasn't been far away from the limelight ever since and has established herself as firm favourite with This Morning viewers.
Josie has been a competition host on the ITV daytime show for a number of years now, but last year got a chance to step up to be a main host, when she was called in at the last minute to replace a poorly Holly Willoughby. Since then, she has gone onto front the programme alongside the likes of Phillip Schofield, Craig Doyle and Vernon Kay, with her partnership with the latter coming in for particular praise from fans.

At the end of last week, Phillip and Holly announced a break for Christmas and for the last few days it's been Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary at the helm of the show. But many viewers are hoping Josie, who has been on screen this week for a segment from London's Winter Wonderland, will get a look-in before Phillip and Holly return.
And, as people are keen to see more of Josie, she has voiced concerns about the amount of people struck down with ailments like chest infections, flu and colds at the moment. Taking to Twitter on Thursday morning, Josie wrote: "I've never known so many people to be unwell? Anyone else seeing this?"
Her post quickly gathered plenty of responses, with one follower telling her: "Been laid up for 2 weeks or so, then everyone around me similar at home and work. Doesn’t seem to shift. Some colleagues have had it for over a month.. I suppose it it cold and flu season but even so. A lot seem to be struggling."
Eluding to the fact Dermot has been coughing a lot on This Morning this week, a second replied: "Yeah even people on the telly coughing and spluttering on like the rest of us. Really hard when your job involves your voice.," with another tweeting: "Been off work all week. Absolutely floored by the worst cold I’ve ever had."
