This Morning 's Josie Gibson has issued a desperate plea to rescue her friend trapped in war-torn Ukraine.
The 37-year-old took to Twitter to ask her 344,000 followers for help in assisting the mother and her two children who are in the north-east city of Kharkiv, and struggling to get out.
Russian president Vladimir Putin ordered the globally-condemned invasion of Ukraine last week, and hundreds of civilians have been killed or injured in the bloodshed, as thousands try to fly the country to safety.
Former Big Brother winner Josie revealed her friend was in need of urgent transportation out of Ukraine, and pleaded with her fans for assistance.
“Please RT: this is the most important tweet I’ve ever written and it’s a long shot,” she began.

“We have friends a woman and her two British children stuck by Kharkiv does anyone know of any charities or people on the ground with fuel who can drive them to the train station or border?” Josei continued.
As her followers offered up suggestions, Josie said her friend travelled to Ukraine to care for an elderly relative before the Russian invasion.
“They only went to care for a sick grandmother and got stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated,” she shared.
She was inundated with offers of help, and promised to update her followers with any news on her friend.
Josie, who won Big Brother in 2010 with the highest ever percentage of the vote, recently delighted This Morning viewers as she teamed up with BFF Alison Hammond to host the Friday edition of the ITV show.
The Bristolian stepped in to replace usual Friday host Dermot O'Leary, who had taken a “well-deserved day off”, Alison told viewers.
“He's having a break - but I'm happy because I've got you!” she said to Josie.
“Thank you for having me. Who would have thought it? A Bristolian and a Brummie presenting This Morning,” Josie joked.
“It was always going to happen, Josie. Do you know what I was thinking - we both come from Big Brother days. We've got a winner - and a loser,” Alison quipped, touching on her own time in the Big Brother house in 2002.
“I didn't want to say anything, Al, I didn't want to say anything! You are the loser and I am the winner,” Josie cheekily replied.
