This Morning viewers have applauded ITV bosses for finding the 'perfect' hosting line-up for the show, after Josie Gibson returned to a main presenting role.
Josie was given an unexpected 'promotion' to be a This Morning host towards the end of 2021, when Holly Willoughby had to call in sick after being struck down by illness. And, while she wasn't expecting to get the chance to front the show, fans loved seeing her make the step up and have enjoyed her various hosting stints ever since.
During her spells as a main presenter on the ITV programme, Josie has appeared alongside Phillip Schofield, Vernon Kay and childhood hero Andi Peters, but by far away, the host viewers have loved seeing her work with the most is Craig Doyle.
Like Josie herself, former Holiday star Craig was a rather surprising new addition to the This Morning hosting line-up when he joined Alison Hammond as Phillip and Holly took a break. And it's Phillip and Holly's time off for Easter than has seen Irish presenter Craig make aa return to the studio alongside ex BIg Brother winner Josie.

News of their double act was broken by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary as they ended their week long stint in charge on Friday and, as soon as the announcement was made, many people took to Twitter to celebrate the move.
Then when Josie and Craig appeared on screen together for the first time since Christmas on Monday, fans were quick to give their firm seal of approval on social media. One tweeted: "Josie, you and Craig are the perfect pairing for hosts of This Morning…..wish you had it all the time"
Also backing the move, another posted: "How lovely turning on #ThisMorning today and seeing the lovely Craig and Josie instead of the awful Hammond, Schofield or Willoughby! These 2 should be the regular hosts...get rid of the other 3 - they're well past their sell by date." and, among the many others to react to Josie and Craig hostring, a third viewer commented: "Tuned in today for josie and Craig . Time @ITV @thismorning changed presenters.. listen to your viewers ! Love josie and Craig . It’s time for change!"
