This Morning's Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield cry with laughter at guest as viewers call for him to get permanent ITV role

Successful businessman Dave Fishwick appeared on This Morning on Tuesday to share his best saving tips and tricks amid the cost of living crisis. The self-made millionaire, who has his own bank, spoke to hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about how best to manage the rising costs of energy, fuel and food.

The Burnley man, who is dubbed the 'Bank of Dave', had some great tips for cutting the cost of your weekly shop, advising viewers to buy supermarket own brands, shop at certain times as well as googling the cheapest places to buy fuel before filling up.

But Holly and Phil were left in hysterics at some of Dave's advice as he told them to 'fake it till you make it', with one tip involving wearing glasses you can't see through to feel more confident when trying to negotiate deals to pay less money on things like your car or home insurance.
