This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Scofield were left red-faced by the pensioner's bedroom antics. Today's callers were asked to divulge what keeps the spark in the bedroom along with tips and tricks others might be interested in knowing.
Vanessa Feltz joined the show later on and was the driving force for today's topic. It was to celebrate the anniversary of Vanessa's first call-in 30 years ago when she was invited on to discuss the Sarah 'Fergie' Ferguson's toe-sucking scandal.

Caller Mary joined the show to talk about embracing her age and the positive things that come with being 76-years-old. Taking Holly and Phillip by surprise, she revealed what the best thing about being old is.
She said: "I like laughing, I like to have a joke. I'm on my own, I sing indoors and the best thing about being on my own and being old is that I don't have to have sex. But I like being old, I can do exactly what I like. I can go to bed when I want to, I can get up in the morning. I'm very sorry that I haven't got my husband but we were very light-hearted about this and we used to talk about it before he died."
Taken back, both Holly and Phil shouted "Mary" before laughing out loud. Viewers were fans of Mary's straight forward outlook as they praised her brashness. One viewer said: "The best attitude there Mary #ThisMorning." Another added: " "LOL I love Mary #ThisMorning."
