Gino D'Acampo landed in hot water with some This Morning viewers on Tuesday, who accused him of making sexist remarks to female colleagues.
A regular on the ITV daytime show, where he often cooks up a storm in the studio's kitchen, Gino had a different role this week as he joined hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for an Ask Gino segment.
As Holly and Phillip crossed live to him in a call centre, Gino was surrounded by women, rather apt given that Tuesday was International Women's Day.
Gino began: "People at home you can ask me anything you want.

"Today is apparently International Women's Day, so what I've realised in the office is that this lady here is looking for a husband," as he patted her on the shoulder.
He then pointed at another lady answering a call, saying: "You're looking for a husband," before asking another: "Are you looking for a husband? Yes."
As he walked over to another colleague, he pointed and said: "You wanted to have an affair, that's what's you said," as Holly and Phillip laughed in the studio.
He rounded things off by saying: "It looks like down here in the office everyone is looking for a husband."
The TV chef and Family Fortunes' host rubbed plenty of people up the wrong day, particularly given the occasion.
One took to Twitter to fume: "It's #InternationalWomensDay and Gino D'Acampo is asking female staff, on your show, if they are looking for a husband. I know it's meant to be 'funny', but really..."
Equally annoyed, a second reacted: "Gino mate, don't know how to break it to you, but not every woman is looking for a husband," with another viewer replying to the tweet to say: "He’s a patronising Twerp and his attitude contributes to one of the reasons Women are still fighting for equality."
Also calling Gino out on the comments, another posted: "Gino on #ThisMorning “joking” about how all women want is a husband there. On #IWD. I’m tired."
