This Morning's co-hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary shared a tense exchange on set following Dermot O'Leary's behaviour.
Today's show got off to a rocky start as the usual friendly banter seemed to be absent from the studio. From the top of the episode, tension filled the air as it appeared Alison had no time for her co-host's unusually childlike attitude.
Dermot pleaded with Alison to perform her "platty jubes song again" from yesterday which she quickly shut down. Not willing to take no for an answer, Dermot threw a strop, begging to have his way.

He said: "Go on, it was my favourite thing yesterday." As Alison tried to continue with the show, Dermot continuously mumbled under her in a childish voice. He added: "Mum you said you would. Please, mum!"
As his voice progressively became louder and he pulled Alison's arm, she was forced to acknowledge his behaviour, once again shutting him down. She offered Dermot a blunt "I'm not doing it" as she looked down on him.
Trying to wrap up the awkward exchange, Alison asked her co-host if he is okay as she walked him through breathing exercises in an attempt to calm the situation. The unusual moment also caught the attention of viewers who were just as taken back by Dermot's behaviour.
One comment read: "Mmmh slight tension between Dermot and Alison #ThisMorning."
Another added: "It’s obvious even Alison doesn’t like Dermot’s jokes! So cringe #ThisMorning."
As the show went on, they rekindled their relationship as they shared laughs over Prince Louis' viral screaming photo and pet stories.
