This Morning was back for its final instalment of the week on Friday, with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary at the helm of the popular show.
As ever, they were joined by guests to discuss popular topics and news items. Carol Vorderman and Gyles Brandreth were in the studio to discuss Prince Harry's book, Spare, which is due for release next week.
A number of segments of the explosive autobiography have already been leaked, and Alison questioned whether anyone will bother reading it now so much of its content has already been made public.

Later, they were joined by regular guest, TV doctor Zoe Williams, who was on hand to offer advice as many people report coming down with colds they cannot seem to shift. Zoe recommended taking vitamins, and was also quick to shout about honey, which she said is a great natural remedy for sore throats and tickly coughs.
As she moved on to vapor rub, Alison shouted that she "loves" it, and even puts it on her feet. Zoe explained: "It can be effective on your neck and your chest, 'cause you need to be able to inhale the vapours".
She added: "It doesn't actually work as a decongestant but it tricks your brain, because the strong aromas get through, your brain thinks you're less congested. If it alleviates symptoms... that's what we're trying to do".
An unhappy Dermot replied: "Don't tell my brain the truth. Shut up, no!" Dr Zoe also did not seem to think there was any benefit to putting the product on your feet.
