This Morning's Alison Hammond looked slimmer than ever while dancing in a gold mini dress during a photoshoot.
The 47-year-old TV presenter was truly a golden girl as she showed off her moves, with her bare legs on display.
The video was shared on Instagram by celeb stylist Stevie B, who was jokingly overcome with emotion and close to tears as Alison strutted her stuff during the shoot.
Stevie wrote in the caption: "The effect this queen has on my emotions. Can anyone else not deal with how sensational @alisonhammond55 looks?!!!"
The stylist then wrote: "Just beyond," finishing the caption four star emojis.
Alison smiled as she boogied against a blue backdrop. Her long-sleeved dress, which had a sweetheart neckline and ruched detail, was accessorised with hoop earrings.
She jokingly shouted in the clip: "Oh Stevie! Not again, she's crying", before showing she was touched by clasping her hands to her chest.
In a candid interview with The Mirror in April, the former Big Brother star admitted she might die "a little bit sooner" due to her weight, but she is determined to have a "fantastic life".
Alison has been cruelly trolled about her size, and said while she is planning to eat slightly healthier going forward to avoid knee pain, she refuses to slim down for others.
She said: "They do say television puts on a bit of weight though, doesn't it? Sometimes I look at myself and go, 'Wow, I am a big girl.' But I like taking up a bit of space, I'm OK with it.
"I take a little bit of extra space in the world and I don't think I'm hurting anyone.
"None of us are getting out of this. We're all going to die eventually. I might die a little bit sooner, but I'm going to live my life to the fullest. And if I do die sooner, I'm going to have a fantastic life. I'm going to have a wonderful life. I'm 47 now, I don't know how long I'm going to go on for."
The TV favourite went on: "We're all going to die eventually, but I'm going to enjoy my life. I'm going to eat nice food.
"I'm going to try to eat a little bit healthier, because sometimes my knees do hurt. So I will try my very best."
Speaking about people commenting on her weight online she said: "I get it all the time. I know I'm overweight, everyone can see I'm overweight. It's not a surprise to know I'm overweight. Why do people feel that they need to tell me something that is so blatantly obvious?"
But Alison tries not to let the haters get her down, and insisted she doesn't like to "feel sorry" for herself.
After rising to fame on Big Brother in 2002, Alison landed a role on This Morning, and now co-hosts the brunch-time show every Friday with Dermot O'Leary, although she is currently on holiday for seven weeks.
