This Morning returned to our screens on Friday for the final instalment of the week.
Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were back on the iconic sofa, after Vernon Kay and Josie Gibson filled in for Holly and Phil this week. As ever, they were joined by a series of guests to discuss the latest news and events.
One segment saw the pair shown how to "beat aches and pains". They were given a series of stretches to do, with some making Alison's back crack audibly.

Alison said: "Ooh that feels so good. It's the crack for me, can't beat it." Dermot joined in, with stretches seeing them standing up and posing in various positions.
One stretch involved using a broom, with Alison and Dermot directed to lift it over their heads. Alison did so, and kept going.
She said: "Look! I can go all the way back". A puzzled-looking Dermot asked: "Should she be going all the way back?". Alison said: "Oh my god I'm, like, amazing, look at that! I'm, like, double jointed."
Dermot said: "Do it again!". Alison said: "It's so weird. This stretch feels amazing. Look at that!". Dermot asked: "Is that even real?".
Many fans took to Twitter to comment on the Brummie presenter's newfound talent. Natasha McElwee said: "I can do this toooo!!! Me and my sister can!! I reckon it’s a girl thing .. girls are better than boys!!" [sic].
Katy Parkes said: "Amazing Alison, love her!". Rhianlovesbooks said: "My face hurts from laughing. Alison just cracks me up".
