Alison Hammond confirmed a major change to This Morning.
The popular presenter fronts episodes of ITV's flagship daytime programme alongside Dermot O'Leary broadcast on Friday. She appeared on Monday's episode from a secret location as she teased a special announcement.
Alison revealed how the show will look completely different next month as it will be broadcast from the iconic Cobbles of Coronation Street on May 5 to mark King Charles' Coronation. She later announced on Instagram: "@thismorning are uprooting for one day only to the cobbles of @coronationstreet for one show only.

"Celebrating King Charles' Coronation we will be coming live from the most iconic street . Tune in Friday 5th May 2023. So fantastic guests, cast of Corrie and some familiar faces from This morning."
Alison was joined by Corrie stars, Jodie Prenger, and Sally Ann Matthews for the announcement
