This Morning Josie Gibson sends second apology to Johnny Vegas as he 'walks off' show

Josie Gibson has sent a second apology to Johnny Vegas after he "walked off" This Morning.

The presenter interviewed the St Helens ' comedian on yesterday's edition of the popular daytime programme. However, she was mortified by a remark she made after Johnny said life "doesn't always go to plan".

Josie replied: "It certainly doesn't for you." Johnny erupted into laughter before he added: "Shall I just walk off and cry now?"

He got up and put his face into his hands as he faked sobbing noises. Back on the sofa, Josie was crying with laughter. She said: "I meant on the show!"

Johnny said: "That's the best thing I've ever heard in an interview. 'Life doesn't go to plan does it?' 'Well it doesn't for you'." In the middle of belly laughing, Josie managed an apology. She said: "I'm so sorry!"

The two carried on their exchange on Twitter after the show as Johnny tweeted Josie and said: "Sending hugs @Josiestweet You were right, missed my train."

Josie issued another apology before she thanked the comic for appearing on the show. She said: "I didn't mean for it to come out like that, it's only because I loved the first series, I've never known anything like it, especially when it came to poor Patricia. Send My love to Bev. Loved meeting you today."

Johnny responded: "You too. Great craic. Thanks for having me over."
