Josie Gibson was back at the helm of This Morning as she covered for a covid-stricken Holly Willoughby today.
The ex-Big Brother housemate normally presents small segments on the show including competitions, but fans were overjoyed to see her presenting the main show today. She has previously stepped in for absences much to fans' delight.
Josie stepped in last year when Holly came down with a bug and recently she presented with best friend Alison Hammond for the first time ever last month. She replaced Dermot O'Leary who normally appears on the show on Fridays.

Tuning in and expecting to see Holly on today's show, some viewers were over the moon to see Josie in her place instead - with some even calling for ITV to offer her a permanent full time hosting role on the daytime talk show. Taking to Twitter they shared their thoughts.
