Josie Gibson had a scare this week when her son Reggie needed to go to hospital with a nasty arm injury, days before her expected return to This Morning.
Since being given the unexpected opportunity to be a main presenter on the ITV daytime, as she was rushed in at the last minute to stand-in for an unwell Holly Willoughby, Josie has established herself as a real favourite with viewers, particularly when she teamed up to front the programme with Vernon Kay earlier this year.
And now her fans will get another chance to see her have an extended run as host, when she takes the reins alongside Craig Doyle from Monday, July 25.

However, her preparations for a return to This Morning haven't been without their drama, as the former Big Brother winner revealed to her social media followers that her little boy Reggie had a bad fall on a trampoline, which resulted in him suffering a painful arm injury.
Thanking hospital staff for 'putting him back together again' Josie, 37, took to her Instagram story to write: "Thank you to the theatre at the @ruhbath. You've put my little prince back together again. Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of a trampoline ladder."
She then uploaded a photo-shopped picture of Reggie as Iron Man, thanking her colleagues at This Morning for creating it for her.
As Josie's colleagues Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary ended their stint as main presenters on Friday, many viewers declared they were looking forward to seeing Josie back in action. One took to Twitter to post: "Can dermot not shut up for at least 5 minutes?? Constantly interrupting must love the sound of his voice, thank god it’s Josie & Craig next week."
