This Morning guest Louise Van Der Velde has criticised Phillip Schofield for being 'aggressive' and 'fake' amid his reported feud with Holly Willoughby.
The relationship expert was interviewed by the presenter, 61, several times on the show, but now reckons it's time the father-of-two "got the boot".
Phil's future on the This Morning looks uncertain amid reports ITV weren't happy with his impromptu statement about his friendship with Holly, and now Louise - known as the Pleasure Professor - has had her say.
“With Phil, he is like this monster of daytime TV," she claimed. "He is rude, people have to sit still and speak when they are spoken to - it’s just a very aggressive attitude.
“No matter how nice I have been, he has been arrogant. He is all nice and all smiles for the camera and jolly…
“But frankly he is fake and it’s time he got the boot," she told GB News.
Louise continued to say she found Phil 'judgey', but insisted Holly should stay on the show because she was so "sisterly".
Claiming the Wylde Moon founder's friendship with the presenter would 'harm her brand', the relationship expert concluded she doesn't know how Holly has 'put up with Phil' for so long.
It's been reported two A-list stars are refusing to return to This Morning while Phil still has his job.
His former colleague Eamonn Holmes thinks he and Holly should win the award for 'best actors' claiming their chemistry is 'fake'.
Meanwhile, Celebrity Big Brother star Kim Woodburn called Phil 'cruel' after being interviewed by him on This Morning.
However, in Phil's recent statement he conceded the past weeks 'hadn't been easy' following his brother Tim's trial and insisted Holly was still his 'best friend' and 'rock'.
But Holly was reportedly kept in the dark about Tim's court case and hasn't said anything about her friendship with her co-star.
On the subject of the pair's relationship, a source told us: “ This Morning ’s relationship with its viewers is built on trust, and they have to believe that Holly and Phil’s friendship, and what they’re watching, is real.”
If viewers no longer believed that, the source said, then ITV would have to make a difficult decision, which could mean jettisoning star presenter, Phil.
Should he decide to leave, there are a number of presenters waiting in in the wings, who have co-hosted the show before.
Dermot O'Leary and Stephen Mulhern are favourites to replace Phil, but Alison Hammond is also in with a shout after fans praised her chemistry with Holly when the pair presented the show recently.
The Mirror has contacted Phil's reps for comment.
