This Morning viewers were left sobbing as they tuned into Friday's show and witnessed a young boy meet his life-saving donor for the first time.
Finley Hill first appeared on This Morning in summer 2019 as he searched for a stem cell donor to cure a rare immune disease.
Following his appearance, Finley had a transplant in the November and since then has gone from strength-to-strength.
Now 10-years-old, Finley joined hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby in the ITV studio on Friday alongside his mum Jo and his father.
Jo explained that Finley's life was saved thanks to a donor who lives in Brazil named Jose, before going on to say that she had shared a few WhatsApp messages with him.
"When he first contacted us, I was really pleased that he'd made the first move because I thought I don't know what to say," Jo said.
"Thank you is never going to be enough. How do you thank the person that has saved your world? So thankfully, he's sent messages back and he's the most humble, beautiful man."
However, the mother and so duo clearly weren't expecting what happened next as Holly and Phil shared a pre-recorded video message from Jose - before revealing he was actually in the studio.
Phillip announced: "Well the thing is, we've gone one step further than that and we've flown him from Brazil and he's about to come in through those doors over there."
Finley immediately got up and walked over to him and they shared a massive hug as Finley's parents watched on.
"If that doesn't make you sign up to an organ donation or bone marrow donation this afternoon, then nothing will," Holly said as the group sat back down on the sofa.
Viewers tuning in at home found the scenes rather emotional and took to Twitter to comment.
"#ThisMorning I am in absolute bits," one person posted, while another tweeted: "Sobbing my eyes out #ThisMorning."
A third viewer added: "That got me... #ThisMorning," while another said: "I'm not crying you're crying #ThisMorning."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
