This Morning fans have been left stunned to discover the age gap between new host Craig Doyle and Holly Willoughby, 42.
The Irish presenter has been filling in this week following Holly's return to the show and previous host Phillip Schofield's departure.
Viewers have been thrilled with the new pairing and flocked to Twitter to share their hopes that Craig will become a permanent fixture.
Despite the Dublin-born presenter having been working for ITV and This Morning for quite some time, people hadn't realised his age and couldn't help but express their shock at the revelation.
The easy-on-the-eyes star is best known in Ireland for hosting an array of shows on Irish Network channel RTÉ, as well as his other work commitments with channels including BBC, ITV, and BT Sport.
During today's (Thursday) show, Craig let slip he is 52 years old and it wasn't long before viewers took to Twitter to share their disbelief.
One person exclaimed: "WHAAAAAT?! Craig Doyle is 52?!"
"Omg are u serious. That can't be true. Why are all the men I like in my mums age bracket," grumbled another fan.
Someone else penned: "Enjoying Craig Doyle on the telly but am in shock that he's 52! Yikes - hope I look half as good when I'm that age!"
"Yeah he never seems to age much. Still looks about 30,' added another viewer, while fourth chimed in: "I can't believe Craig Doyle is 52!"
Someone else stated simply: "I'm happy with the Craig Doyle eye candy on my screen."
Craig has only been hosting This Morning for two days but fans have already confessed their delight at Phillip Schofield's replacement, who they think is the "perfect fit".
It comes after the This Morning host quit the show and ITV after 21 years when he admitted to having an affair with a younger colleague.
His former co-star Holly Willoughby returned to the much loved daytime show earlier this week for the first time since Phil's departure.
As she made her comeback Holly was joined by Josie Gibson but after Wednesday's show viewers felt there was an even better pairing.
Holly was joined by fellow This Morning star Craig Doyle, who usually presents alongside Josie.
The new duo went down well with viewers as one person said: ""ABSOLUTELY should keep Craig on This Morning permanently! He is the perfect fit with Holly! #thismorning #craigdoyle."
"If anyone could save TM I think its Craig. Very good presenter and works better with Holly than a female presenter. #thismorning," added another.
