Fans of ITV's This Morning were baffled this morning after what seemed to be a blunder with the lighting.
The set seemed suddenly dull and dreary during one segment of the show. Viewers on Twitter admitted that they had been forced to adjust their television settings as the colours 'went all funny'.
The Friday show, hosted by Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, showed Alison's bright and vibrant hot pink suit turn a paler shade of pink as the lighting changed. The hosts welcomed a fashion segment on the show and while they were busy looking at the clothes and sharing their admiration, fans were baffled by the drastic changes.

The screen appeared to have a darker filter over the lens and as the segment continued without any reference to the colour, fans immediately took to Twitter to question it.
B said: "Why has the show colour gone all funny? #ThisMorning"
Joe said: "Don’t know if they’ve purposely dialled the colour down for this Peaky Blinders segment but it looks s**** #ThisMorning"
Steve said: "I was adjusting the colour settings on my TV when I just realised that the washed up picture was ON PURPOSE. Thanks a lot. #ThisMorning."
Liam said: "Has anyone else got a weird colour contrast on #thismorning or is it my tv?"
As the fashion segment continued, there were several Peaky Blinder themed clothing items, which had fans thinking that the weird lighting effect had actually been done on purpose. It gave the segment a back in time feel just like the BBC show does.
The show cut to a break after the segment ended and when it returned the colours on screen where back to normal. The hosts continued as normal too, failing to mention or explain if the filter was on purpose.
