This Morning fans were happy on Wednesday as Vernon Kay hosted the show alongside Rochelle Humes.
The father-of-two has replaced usual host Phillip Schofield as he isolates at home after testing positive for Covid.
"Hello and welcome to your Wednesday's This Morning, and looks who's back!" Rochelle said as they show began.
"Thank you! It doesn't feel any different without the Christmas trees!" Vernon replied, referencing to when he hosted the show with Rochelle back in December.
"Anyway, thank you and great pleasure to be here," the 47-year-old added.
Taking to Twitter, fans of the daytime show shared their delight at seeing Vernon on their television screens.
"Yes!!! Vernon back on #ThisMorning," one person posted.
Another tweeted: "oh hello vernon #ThisMorning," while a third added: "I do like it when the main presenters of #ThisMorning aren’t in though Josie, Vernon, Dermot & Alison seem a little more real & may have set foot in the real world."
Someone else commented: "Vernon Kay has gone from presenting #FormulaE at the weekend to presenting today on #ThisMorning. That's quite a career change."
During Tuesday's This Morning, Phillip called in and spoke to Rochelle and her co-host Alison Hammond and told them he was "disappointed" not to be in the studio.
Alison and Rochelle asked Phil how he was doing, as he insisted he was mostly fine. He said he didn't have a sore throat and that he had only sneezed twice since testing positive. However, he did admit to having a slight fever.
Showing off his hoodie, which read "isolation nation", Phil chatted with the presenting duo as they discussed what was coming up on the show including Gok Wan's Chinese cookery segment and interviews with Lily James and Sebastian Stan.
Phillip also expressed doubt about appearing on Dancing On Ice this weekend, as he said he was "cutting it a bit fine" given when his Covid test came back as positive.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV and ITV Hub.
