This Morning fans beg producers to 'stop' as Speakmans recreate Pussycat Dolls music video

This Morning fans were left speechless as the ITV morning programme aired a pre-recorded clip of the Speakmans visiting Los Angeles on Wednesday morning.

The couple were seen jetting to LA to speak with Pussycat Dolls star Carmit Bachar about her cleft lip and palate.

However, ahead of the interview, Nik and Eva dressed up to recreate the girl group’s hit Don’t Cha – complete with wind machines and twerking.

The ITV show even replayed the clip with a frame by frame comparison to the original 2008 song featuring Busta Rhymes.

However, as the morning show played the clip, viewers at home were left nonplussed by the recreation, as one took to Twitter to beg This Morning to ‘just make it stop’.

Another wrote: “OMG!! Just no!!!” as another chimed: “The Speakmans in that music video.. f*** me my toes are curled.”

One savagely wrote: “The Speakmans re-enacting a Pussycat Dolls video has made me want to gouge my eyes out.”

“The Speakmans doing the pussycat dolls song on This Morning is probably one of the muggiest things I'll ever witness in my whole entire life,” another penned.

A fellow viewer put: “I think I'm still asleep experiencing a hell hole of a nightmare WTF was that!”

One commented: “Cringe-o-meter off the scale right now,” as another said: “Genuinely speechless after watching that on.”

This comes after reports This Morning duo Holly Willoughby and Phillip Scofield are set to be replaced on the show by the end of the year, according to bookies.

Bets have been placed on the pair being unlikely to continue in their roles at the ITV daytime show in the new year, following queue-gate.

Holly, 41, and Phil, 60, were falsely accused of jumping the queue to see Queen Elizabeth II lying in state ahead of her funeral, prompting public fury.

The pair and ITV clarified that Holly and Phil attended Westminster Hall in a professional capacity to film a segment for the show, and queued with other members of the media.

But some parts of the public were still furious and called for the pair to resign, while other famous faces made jibes about them.

The duo have however put on brave faces and remained to present the show, but that hasn't stopped people from putting bets on their possible departure.

Ladbrokes is offering odds of 6/4 for Holly and Phil not presenting This Morning as of 2023.
