This four-storey house is the most expensive place to rent in Bristol

This four-storey house in one of Bristol's most in demand areas is currently the most expensive place to rent in Bristol.

The five-bedroom townhouse is on the market through estate agents Sarah Kennedy Residential Lettings and is going for an eye-watering £3,250 a month.

To put it in perspective there are flats, albeit in far less in demand areas and with a lot to be said for their features, that can be bought and owned for £90,000.

It comes with everything you would expect with such a price tag including a carport, garage as well as a significant garden but prospective tenants will need to furnish it themselves.

Based on Stoke Park Road in Stoke Bishop, it is close tho the leafy areas of Sneyd Park and Clifton Downs.

As advertised, the estate agent describes it as a perfect family home.

Stoke Bishop town house features

Ground floor Covered carport, garage, utility room with freezer, Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC.
First floor On the first floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area with stairs down to a living area with access onto the garden. This area has engineered oak wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen has integrated appliances including large fridge, oven. hob, steam oven, wine fridge and dishwasher.
Second floor there are two double bedrooms and a further single room/study. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.
Third floor There are two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and built in wardrobes.

Meanwhile eager house-hunters have been flocking to catch a look at another property for sale in the city.

This three-bedroom semi in Shirehampton is sitting as Zoopla's most clicked properties in the city, barring a boat and a mansion, and we're sure the £150,000 guide price is helping it hold on to that title.

While we always say auctioneer price tags should be taken with a pinch of salt, whoever nabs this house on St Bernards Road could be getting a bargain.

According to Rightmove, other properties in the street have recently sold for prices ranging from £255,000 to £365,000.

You can take a look inside the house here.
