A third man has been named as a suspect in the Ashley Dale murder investigation.
Detectives have charged a third man in connection with the murder of Ashley, who was shot in her home in Old Swan last August. Kallum Radford, 25, of no fixed abode, has today (Tuesday, January 31) been charged with assisting an offender.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court tomorrow (Wednesday, February 1). Two other men, James Witham, 40, of Ashbury Road, Huyton and Joseph Peers, 28, of Woodlands Road, Roby, have been charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent.

At around 12.40am on Sunday, 21 August 2022, officers were called to an address in Leinster Road following reports of concern for a woman at the property. Emergency services attended and found Ashley in the rear garden with a gunshot wound to her body. Ashley was taken to hospital but sadly died a short time later.
