A third man has been charged after a knife attack outside a Sydney nightclub earlier in the year.

Two men, aged 25 and 34, were allegedly stabbed by a group of men outside a nightclub on Oxford Street in July.

The victims have since been released from hospital.

In September, police arrested and charged a 21-year-old man who was extradited from Queensland and an 18-year-old man at Lalor Park in Sydney.

On Friday night, detectives arrested another 21-year-old man in the Sydney CBD.

He was charged with causing wounding and grievous bodily harm with the intention to murder, reckless wounding in company and affray.

The man was refused bail and will appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday.
