Another man has been charged with murdering a Sydney bikie who was gunned down outside his apartment.
Lone Wolf bikie Yusuf Nazlioglu was found with multiple gunshot wounds after he was shot in the car park of his Rhodes building on June 27, 2022.
The 40-year-old died in hospital a short time later.
Two men, aged 25 and 33, have been charged over their alleged roles in the killing and remain before the courts.
Police on Wednesday charged a 24-year-old man with murder following an early morning raid at a property at Hinchinbrook, in southwest Sydney.
He was also charged with failing to comply with a digital evidence access order direction.
A jury found Nazlioglu not guilty in 2020 of murdering Comanchero boss Mick Hawi, who was gunned down at a Sydney Fitness First gym in 2018.
Nazlioglu was accused of being the balaclava-clad gunman, but he and his alleged getaway driver were acquitted.
The Crown alleged Nazlioglu was motivated to kill Hawi after the former close friends fell out following a fishing trip to the Central Coast a year earlier.
