Leeds rugby player Ashley Handley has issued a desperate appeal after his car was stolen last night from outside of his home.
The Leeds Rhinos winger posted on his Instagram story this morning, Wednesday August 24, to announce his car had been taken overnight from where he lives in the LS15 area. He asked fans to share the appeal or message if they'd seen anything.
The picture he posted on his story shows the car, a black Landrover Discovery with the number plate W18 APH. Handley wrote: "Car stolen from my house last night. LS15 area. Message me if you have seen anything. Please share."

Fellow team mate Richie Myler shared the appeal to find the stolen car to his more than 20,000 followers on Instagram.
Handley will be on the Headingley field this evening as Leeds look to take another step towards the Super League play-offs. They take on West Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Giants live on Sky Sports and a win would solidify their position inside the top six.
