Liverpool have been handed a major fitness foost with Thiago Alcantara and Fabinho both selected to travel to Paris for the Champions League final.
Real Madrid await in the French capital with Carlo Ancelotti set to have a fully-fit squad to pick from.
Jurgen Klopp will be without Divock Origi for the final and looked to be missing at least Thiago too, after he picked up a hamstring injury during the win over Wolves on the final day of the Premier League season.
Earlier in the week, the Liverpool boss had stated: “I think he’ll be out of the final but I don’t know.
“He’s limping, so it’s maybe not the best sign.”
An update will arrive later on Friday when the manager faces the media before the six-time European champions fly out from John Lennon airport.
Fabinho, also recovering from a muscle problem, was expected to be more likely to play despite not featuring since the trip to Aston Villa, which came over a fortnight before Saturday’s match.
